What we wish from you

  • Above average degree in physics, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • International experience
  • Very good knowledge of English

YOUR TASKS

  • Processing of incoming mail
  • All tasks related to formalities processing
  • Noting and monitoring deadlines
  • Independent correspondence with colleagues and clients

YOUR PROFILE

  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Ideally knowledge of the patent administration software PatOrg
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • High ability to work under pressure and quick comprehension
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
